For the most part, we care for our dogs by feeding them daily and taking them for walks, and even occasionally bringing them to a pet salon for grooming, and then there are some who go the extra mile, literally, and treat their pets like they were their own favorite child. It has been quite common now to see some famous actress on TV, walking around with her little, cuddly, dressed-to-the-nines pet tucked in her arm. With their owner’s very particular taste, these dogs must have their own branded clothes, designer perfume and hand-made shoes. Favored pets enjoy private air conditioning systems in their dog houses and tiny teacup dogs sport collars costing more than many new cars!
If there was a world record of the most privileged pet, then finding the title holder would really be tough. Paris Hilton’s famously pampered pet dog would surely be in the running, especially now that “mommy” has her own branded line of top-shelf designer pet apparel. But don’t think those in the limelight are the only ones who pamper their pet, some of them prefer something more subtle like a Gucci pet coat with a Louis Vuitton canvas leather collar. And since their pet is going to wear the new wardrobe they’ve ordered, it should be further enhanced with the right color of nail polish done at their favorite pet spa to complete their look.
Obviously these pets just don’t need top of the line clothes and grooming to make them happy. Outdoor pet houses are available with all manner of amenities, from climate control systems and upholstered interior furnishings, to exterior styling to rival the loveliest estate homes. When inside, these favored pets can rest their shopping-weary bodies to soft feather beds or eat their dinner from a bowl made of sterling silver. Pet entertainment systems are even available, for the feline left to watch the house alone, allowing them to watch video of fish and birds on demand (thanks to their own remote control).
But pet owners who really love their pet don’t just leave them at home to wallow alone in their rich pampered accommodations. From UK to Japan, they’re sure to find a four-star pet hotel that would give their little baby the attention they deserve so that their pet can relax from their hectic shopping schedule. These well-indulged pets are too special for a common dog sitter, they need to have their own personal trainers to walk them in the mornings, a veterinary on hand in case they get the sniffles, and meals they can order from room service!
